I have a single bedroom fully furnished available in a nice 3 bedroom house in SE3. Blackheath borders. 1880s workman cottage that has been brought up to date.
Quick transport to Central London, food shopping "Marks and Spencers" just mins away. All bills included in the price but not telephone. Very warm house, washing machine and lots of free parking. Make a nice home for a female.
Fully furnished (all bedding, towels etc.} and use of fully fitted kitchen
Perfect for a mature student or someone working in Central London.
Living in the house is myself and a girl who is studying for her PhD.
No smokers or DHSS.

Close to all major shopping and Blackheath Train station is 5 mins away by bus. Takes 12 mins to London London. bridge and Zone 3.
