It’s at the Northern part of Maida Vale, just near Randolph Avenue and St. Augustine’s Church and minutes from the hustle and bustle of Kilburn High Road. The local area is spoilt for restaurants, pubs, shops (including Primark!!) and supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S). There are two main parks locally: Paddington Recreation Ground (pictured), which has tennis courts and a gym, and Queen’s Park.
The area is well-connected for central London and the West End, with the Bakerloo line and the no. 6 bus going down Edgware Road to Oxford Street (Selfridges, John Lewis + all the main chain-stores), Piccadilly Circus, Charing Cross, The Strand... Other busses are the 31, 328, 228, 98, 16, 206, 316 and there are quite a few more.
