- All rooms have spotlights on dimmer switches to create mood lighting - Entire flat has solid oak wooden floor, which is warm and welcoming
- Staircases have sunken LED spotlights
- Sky in all 4 bedrooms and lounge. Top package with Sky+ which includes movies and music channels.

- Georgian house which has been converted into 3 flats, we are the top flat
- Flat is two floors, lounge kitchen and main bathroom is on bottom floor, 4 bedrooms on top floor

- Oval has a really lovely little farmers market on Saturday's between 10am and 3pm. It is in the church grounds opposite the tube station
- The Fentiman is a lovely pub 2 mins walk from the flat
- Oval Lounge is a lovely bar restaurant across the road from the flat.
- Cable cafe is s cool little cafe in Oval, one minute walk from flat

- Oval is 5 stops from Leicester square (10 mins)
