I am looking for a room in the SW1 area. I work as a quantity surveyor in st james's park full-time. I currently commute from east london and I have been looking at moving within walking distance or work (to avoid the tube!)

I am hoping to find a more casual form of tenancy instead of going through agents.

I am 24 and i am looking for a nice quiet place to live. My job is hard work and I like to come home and relax in peace. I am polite and sociable and easy to get along with, i respect others space and i'm clean and tidy.
