Description

I’m Gareth, a 24 year old (nearing with every minute that passes the scary age of 25...) IT professional working in Whitechapel looking for a flat share around the New Cross (SE14) or Whitechapel (E1) areas.

With a budget of up to £600 per month I will be looking for a double room in an existing share with a (semi) decent kitchen and bathroom - I have an irrational deep-seated hatred of grimy ones - with flatmates in the age range of 18 – 35.

A little more about myself – big on hip hop (and R&B of the Frank Ocean nature) and an off-and-on gym head (currently off), I’d like to find flatmates which share a passion for music whom would be happy to push onto me their own favourite genres, whilst also enjoying eating out, movies and nights out.

I have a special thing for terraced/Victorian period houses depending on the area; this would always be a bonus. I have a car so parking would be a benefit but not a necessity (this also means flat road trips to IKEA can always be on the cards) - I’ll be looking to move around mid-late Jan but that is easily changeable for the right place.

Shameless mid-night-out facebook picture included - look forward to hearing from you!
